- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and notify Zerolev immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Zerolev strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the Platform. However, we make no representations or warranties — express or implied — as to the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any content, including firm profiles, regulatory notifications, or articles.
- Firm profiles are submitted and maintained by the respective firms. Zerolev does not independently verify all details at all times and cannot guarantee their current accuracy.
- Regulatory updates and notifications are sourced from official government and regulatory bodies. Users should verify the current status of any regulation directly with the relevant authority.

Modifications to the Platform & Agreement
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer and Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and all applicable rules and regulations made thereunder.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of www.zerolev.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. By using this Platform, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objection on grounds of inconvenient forum.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity or enforceability.
